Exciting News
We are pleased to announce that we are expecting two new baby
Butterflies.
Congratulations to Donna and Verity who are both expecting babies in the new year. We can’t wait to meet them for some cuddles.
Inset Day:Thursday 7th November
We shall be closed for both morning and afternoon children.
Family Values
We will be introducing the Value of Friendship this half term. It would be lovely to see more parents and children at the first session on Thursday 7th November 3pm-4pm
Healthy Balance
Our healthy lifestyle and exercise class continues to run every Thursday morning from 9-11am. We would love to see some new faces. Come along for some advice, exercise and fun!
Santa Letters
Thank you to all those who have already ordered their Santa Letters to help us raise money for Diabetes UK in memory of our friend and colleague Jo Smith. If you would like your child to receive a letter fill out the information slip and send them to Emma with the £2 payment by Monday 9th December.
Parents evenings: 3rd December (Morning Children)
4th December (Afternoon Children)
Look out for exact times on display outside the children’s classrooms. We hope to see as many parents as possible to discuss your child’s progress and development and answer any questions you may have.
Trip to Cantref Farm: Friday 13th December
We hope you can all join us. For parents who decided not to attend the trip the setting will be closed on this day. Please see the attached letter for more details.
Christmas concert: Thursday 19th December
Morning children (9.30am) Afternoon children (1.30pm)
This year Flying start and nursery will be performing in their own concert instead of taking part in the larger school event. Further details regarding costumes and parts will be given out nearer the date.
Christmas Party: Friday 20th December
All children are invited to join us at our Christmas party from 9-11am.
There will be no afternoon sessions on this day.
This will be the last day for children and we return on Monday 6th January 2014.
